The 9th Annual Wild Western Festival is tearin' through Historic Sahuaro Ranch Park this weekend, and it wouldn't be the same if you ain't there, pardner!
Voted the “Best Wild West Show” in the U.S. for two straight years by True West Magazine, the Wild Western Festival is one of America’s - and definitely Arizona’s - biggest Western events! Three days of rip roarin' fun, all at Historic Sahuaro Ranch Park from 10am-5pm.
There are multiple components of the fun and festivities. Firstly, the Country Fair, which includes: wheelbarrow races, bean bag toss, pie eating contests, tug o' war with kids vs. the Wild Bunch cowboys best, and yes, even a best dressed pet in the wild west costume contest, for that 4-legged member of your family!
Next is the titular Festival part, which is:
Gunfights and stunt shows, Native American dancers, "Best in the Wild West" singers & musicians, 1880s old west and steampunk costume contests, ride the mechanical bull, and take in a blacksmith demonstrations or historic home tours of the ranch houses!
We hope to see you there!
