Who operates the Glendale Convention & Visitors Bureau?

The City of Glendale operates the Glendale Convention & Visitors Bureau, and it is part of the city’s Public Facilities, Recreation & Special Events department.

What is a Convention & Visitors Bureau (cvb)?

As a Convention and Visitors Bureau we work diligently to promote Glendale, Arizona locally, statewide, nationally, and internationally as a top destination for tourism and hospitality.

The CVB team is comprised of five staff members who work in the areas of convention sales, membership, marketing, and administration. We provide direct access to all visitors and meeting planners interested in learning more about events, sporting games, and convention services available to them.

Visit Glendale staff will work directly with meeting planners to assist with event preparation and encourage travelers to visit local historic, cultural, and recreational attractions. Our focus is to help generate bed and sales tax revenue for businesses in retail, restaurant, and lodging.
