ANDREW MCMAHON’S DRIVE-IN THROUGH A DREAM (NOVEMBER 13 & 14)
November 14, 2020
Steve LeVine Entertainment & Public Relations and YAM Properties, in partnership with Nederlander Concerts, announced today that they will host Andrew McMahon’s Drive-in Through a Dream concerts November 13-14, 2020 at Westgate Entertainment District in Glendale, Arizona. The two-night show will continue the 15th Anniversary of the Jack’s Mannequin album “Everything in Transit,” which he will play from start to finish plus other popular songs from Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness and Something Corporate. Tickets go on sale Friday, October 23 at 10:00 a.m. MST at PopUpEvents.us.
Andrew McMahon is an American singer-songwriter and the former vocalist, pianist and primary lyricist for the band Something Corporate. He was also the main songwriter for Jack’s Mannequin and performs solo both under his name as well as his moniker Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness. His hit single “Cecilia and the Satellite” was released in 2014 and became a top-ten hit on multiple genre-specific charts while also making the Billboard Hot 100. Additional chart toppers include “High Dive,” “Fire Escape,” “So Close” and “Ohio.”
The “Everything in Transit” anniversary celebration kicked off earlier this summer as McMahon has played sold-out drive-in concerts in California, New Jersey and Illinois. The concerts have already raised over $100,000 on behalf of McMahon’s Dear Jack Foundation. This summer, McMahon released his new song, “Get On My Wave.” The song, produced by King Tuff, was performed live for the first time at McMahon’s sold-out drive-in shows.
Tickets go on sale October 23 at 10 a.m. with prices starting at $200, doors open at 5:00 p.m. and the concert begins at 7:00 p.m. Cars will be parked a minimum of ten feet apart, guests may sit in their truck bed or bring chairs to sit in the area immediately surrounding their vehicle and are required to wear face masks when visiting concessions or using the restroom. Drive-in staff will wear face coverings at all times and tickets can only be purchased online at PopUpEvents.usto ensure contactless payment.
